Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports on performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management for restaurants.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
