Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food presentation.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare reports on performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management for restaurants.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
