Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in competitive Bali locations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align outlet operations with company goals and promotions.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role, preferably in a high-volume or premium dining establishment.
- Proven track record in team leadership, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and local F&B regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for Korean cuisine and hospitality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
