Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards, health regulations, and service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, sales targets, inventory turnover) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations, including menu execution, promotions, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing campaigns, new product launches, and operational policies.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with F&B software (POS, inventory management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
