Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards, health regulations, and service excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, sales targets, inventory turnover) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations, including menu execution, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing campaigns, new product launches, and operational policies.
  • Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with F&B software (POS, inventory management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
  • Passion for the food industry and a customer-first mindset.
