Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management.
