Responsibility
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, shift reports, and facility checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional events, menu changes, or operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is advantageous.
