Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during assigned shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Paris Baguetteâs standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-shift reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency, sales, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
