Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, according to Tealive standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, utensils, and service areas.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with food and beverage standards.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for beverage preparation.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow within the company.
