Responsibility
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service for all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and diplomacy, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including table arrangements and utensil preparation.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and briefings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, processing payments, and managing orders.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays or equipment for extended periods.
- Team player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
