Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide receipts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or other items.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
