Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of high-end F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Support the management team in coordinating service standards, staff training, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management under supervision.
- Engage with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences and resolve service-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (kitchen, housekeeping, events) to deliver seamless service.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance outlet visibility and revenue.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B operations.
- Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Passion for the F&B industry with a keen interest in luxury service and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, or F&B software is advantageous.
