Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, utensils, and service areas, to ensure a hygienic and efficient environment.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders, performing regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries to ensure we always have the necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere, participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new products to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the F&B industry is preferred but not required; we provide training for passionate individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art (willingness to learn is essential).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to grow within the F&B industry.
