As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless front office operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the Assistant Front Office Manager in maintaining Hilton’s world-class service standards. Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Lead, mentor, and train front desk staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with Hilton’s standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and special requests, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and preferences using property management systems (PMS).
- Assist in preparing daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Uphold brand compliance in all front office procedures, from appearance standards to service protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel services and enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
