In this role, you will oversee the Jarvis system to manage room statuses (open/closed), ensuring seamless operations for our high-end resorts in prime locations like Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. Your expertise will directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibility
- Monitor and update room availability in the Jarvis system in real-time.
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and reservations teams to ensure accurate room statuses.
- Resolve discrepancies between system data and actual room occupancy.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on room allotment and occupancy rates.
- Assist in forecasting room demand and adjusting allotments accordingly.
- Maintain clear communication with property managers regarding room blocks and restrictions.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for room management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, reservations, or room allotment.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), preferably Jarvis or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality revenue management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
