Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational best practices.
