Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain a pristine environment.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
