As a Service Crew / Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in high-end restaurant operations, from guest relations and service excellence to team leadership and operational management. Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Rotate through different F&B roles (e.g., host, server, barista, supervisor) to gain holistic industry knowledge.
- Support team training and onboarding for new hires under the guidance of senior management.
- Monitor service quality and efficiency, providing feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
- Assist in event planning and execution for private dining, promotions, or special occasions.
- Learn financial and operational reporting, including sales tracking and cost control.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Passion for customer service and the F&B industry with a desire to grow into leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities with a guest-first approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
