Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using our salon management software.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the salon’s luxury standards.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products and processing purchases.
- Coordinate with therapists and stylists to ensure smooth client flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or similar booking systems.
