Responsibility
- Assist kitchen and service staff by promptly delivering food orders from the kitchen to dining tables.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between chefs, servers, and guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including expediting areas and service stations.
- Support the team during peak hours by assisting with plating, garnishing, or basic food preparation as needed.
- Monitor food presentation and quality before delivery to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Handle guest requests or special instructions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is a plus (but not required).
- Strong physical stamina to handle fast-paced shifts, including standing, walking, and carrying trays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions quickly and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is beneficial.
