Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in alignment with Recado's brand identity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Analyze financial performance, including sales reports and expense management, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, introduce seasonal specials, and ensure consistency in dish preparation.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or ethnic cuisine establishments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other restaurant technology tools.
- Familiarity with Philippine cuisine and cultural dining practices is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
