Responsibility
- Provide personalized VIP dining service with the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by understanding their preferences and tailoring experiences accordingly.
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams to deliver flawless service.
- Maintain an impeccable appearance and adhere to grooming standards in line with luxury hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Assist in setting up and decorating VIP areas for exclusive events, private dinners, or celebrations.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance service quality and implement guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, fine dining, or VIP service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Deep understanding of service etiquette, wine pairing, and gourmet dining.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a guest-first mindset.
- Previous experience in luxury resorts, Michelin-starred restaurants, or private clubs is highly advantageous.
- Certification in hospitality management or sommelier training is a plus.
