Responsibility
- Assist in the daily management of boarding facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students.
- Supervise and support boarding staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee student welfare, including pastoral care, discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and monitor student activities, ensuring a balanced and enriching residential experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and communications with parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support student development and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and boarding regulations.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating residential events and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in boarding management, student welfare, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proven ability to handle student-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and boarding regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Experience in a multicultural or international boarding environment is a plus.
