Join Orchid Florist & Decoration as a Restaurant Operations Manager and lead the dynamic teams at ONNI House Jakarta and ONNI Garden House. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced F&B professional to oversee high-end dining experiences in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all venues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of F&B professionals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand at industry events and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing upscale restaurants or similar venues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
