Join Orchid Florist & Decoration as a Restaurant Operations Manager and lead the dynamic teams at ONNI House Jakarta and ONNI Garden House. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced F&B professional to oversee high-end dining experiences in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day restaurant operations. Your leadership will shape the success of our premium venues, blending hospitality expertise with strategic business acumen.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all venues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of F&B professionals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing upscale restaurants or similar venues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
