Responsibility

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure impeccable standards.
  • Change and replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or room service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the housekeeping manager.
  • Assist in deep cleaning tasks, including upholstery, carpets, and windows, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry (experience in hotels, resorts, or villas is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
