Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for our signature bowls and dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
