Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, marketing, and brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align with company goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team, drive performance, and maintain high service standards.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
