Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and innovation.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to optimize pricing, promotions, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume or premium dining establishments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
