Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume or premium dining establishments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
