Responsibility

- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with basic financial transactions, such as processing payments or issuing receipts.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
