Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met, from dining reservations to spa bookings.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage room assignments to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role within the hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
