Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards
- Change and replenish linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel procedures
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow proper chemical handling and equipment usage procedures for safety and efficiency
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisor
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations
- Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest requests and special requirements
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills for interacting with international guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical usage
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure during peak occupancy periods
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for international candidates)
