Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Participate in barista training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.

- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
