Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue in target markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in luxury or upscale properties
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the travel and tourism sector (corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Bali's tourism market and key source markets (Australia, China, Europe, Southeast Asia)
  • Flexibility to travel within Bali and occasionally to other Indonesian destinations
