Responsibility
- Guest Welcome & Assistance: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.
- Security Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including lobbies, parking areas, and guest floors, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder in security-related incidents, following protocols to mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Access Control: Manage guest and staff access to restricted areas, verifying identification and enforcing hotel policies.
- Call Handling: Operate the front desk phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and assisting with reservations or service requests.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or guest concerns to management with accuracy and discretion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest feedback and operational needs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, hotel policies, and industry best practices for safety and service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality, security, or customer service roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Certifications: Valid security license or certification (e.g., CPR, First Aid) is highly advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, alarm systems) and basic office software (MS Office, PMS).
- Interpersonal Abilities: Exceptional customer service orientation with a calm, diplomatic demeanor under pressure.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, patrol large areas, and respond swiftly to emergencies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess situations and implement effective solutions.
