Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to enhance reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through events and social media.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving service standards, and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
