As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff leadership and customer satisfaction to financial performance and operational excellence. Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and present reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the companyâs values, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that reflect local flavors and global trends while meeting profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and reservation platforms.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
