Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt operations to stay competitive in Bali’s dynamic market.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and customer expectations.
