Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, chefs, and support staff to deliver top-tier performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design seasonal menus and promotional offers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for high-quality ingredients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, and local health regulations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
