Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a multicultural team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver world-class service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction through feedback analysis and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu excellence, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L analysis to optimize profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost management, and inventory control.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
