Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a multicultural team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver world-class service.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local and international regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction through feedback analysis and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu excellence, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L analysis to optimize profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost management, and inventory control.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
