Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
