As a Cinema Crew Member, you’ll handle ticketing, concessions, and customer service while contributing to the overall upkeep of the cinema. Whether you’re assisting guests with their bookings, preparing popcorn and snacks, or ensuring the auditoriums are pristine, your efforts will directly enhance the guest experience. Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all cinema guests, including greeting, assisting with inquiries, and resolving concerns.
  • Operate ticketing systems and process transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and promotions.
  • Manage concession stands, preparing and serving food and beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cinema, including auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms.
  • Assist with crowd control and ushering guests to their seats, especially during peak hours and premieres.
  • Monitor and restock supplies such as tickets, popcorn, drinks, and merchandise.
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols and equipment checks.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the guest experience through friendly interactions and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old (as required by Indonesian labor laws).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., concession supplies).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
