Responsibility

  • Assist in overseeing daily Front-of-House operations, ensuring service standards align with DRIM’s luxury dining ethos.
  • Lead and mentor service staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centricity.
  • Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize table turnover and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service synchronization and timely order delivery.
  • Monitor inventory of FOH supplies (e.g., glassware, linens) and place orders as needed.
  • Participate in staff training programs to uphold service consistency and brand standards.
  • Assist in analyzing sales reports and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure.
  • Passion for customer service excellence and a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Toast).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
