Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
