Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to maintain budgetary targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Japanese or fine-dining establishment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, culture, and service etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Japanese or Indonesian language skills are a plus).
