Responsibility
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and uphold financial policies and procedures.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service excellence at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring new front office team members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or degree is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
