Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) or similar software.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and local attractions is advantageous.
