Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and adjust operations to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Foster a positive work culture through training, performance evaluations, and team-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and staff training.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
