Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and guest-centric service.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service standards to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining a refined, attentive dining atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B management to align service with culinary vision, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budget adherence, and revenue optimization, while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and career growth opportunities.
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ brand standards, health/safety protocols, and luxury service guidelines in all interactions.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, improving service quality, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, wine pairings, and luxury dining etiquette (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (advantageous).
  • Passion for service excellence, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and financial reporting tools.
