Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist with check-in/out processes, verifying reservations and directing guests to their accommodations.
  • Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Use property management systems (PMS) to update guest records and process payments.
  • Uphold company standards for service excellence and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (hotels, resorts, or event venues preferred).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
