Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, food courts, and licensed venues across assigned areas in Bali.
- Ensure full compliance with Class 3 License regulations and local food safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or area management role.
- Proven track record in managing Class 3 licensed venues or similar regulated environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Indonesian F&B regulations and local market dynamics (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
