Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, providing assistance with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including organizing work documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operate front desk equipment, such as computers, telephones, and payment systems, efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist in managing guest feedback and complaints, striving to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the front desk and guest services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
