Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and cook food items according to Wingstop's standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating products to ensure freshness.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and health.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong work ethic.
